The COVID-19 Law blog has now been updated to include ACT legislation and legislative instruments. Currently, a number of COVID-19 related bills have passed the Legislative Assembly but have not yet been notified on the Legislation Register (the process in the ACT whereby a bill that has passed then becomes an Act). These will be added in due course.
